The work “Map #02” (2015) was on display at Art Museum of Rio de Janeiro – MAR, as part of the exhibition about the city of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Setecentista, when Rio became a capital, on the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the founding of the city. The show touched on the history of the eighteenth century, when Rio becomes the capital of the vice-kingdom of Brazil and effectively becomes the great city we know: an area of encounter between culture and commerce, driving force of urbanity and privileged symbol of “brazilianness” facing the world. The exhibition brought together about 700 pieces, including documents, objects, illustrations, paintings and works of contemporary art. Curated by Myriam Andrade Ribeiro, Anna Maria Monteiro de Carvalho, Margareth Pereira e Paulo Herkenhoff.

A obra “Map #02” (2015) esteve em exposição no Museu de Arte do Rio de Janeiro, integrando a exposição Rio Setecentista, quando o Rio virou capital, por ocasião das comemorações dos 450 anos da fundação da cidade. A mostra abordou a história do século XVIII, período em que o Rio se torna capital do Vice-Reino do Brasil e efetivamente se transforma na grande cidade que conhecemos: área de encontro entre cultura e comércio, pólo de urbanidade e símbolo privilegiado da brasilidade frente ao mundo. Esta exposição reuniu cerca de 700 peças, incluindo documentos objetos, ilustrações, pinturas e obras de arte contemporânea. Curadoria conjunta de Myriam Andrade Ribeiro, Anna Maria Monteiro de Carvalho, Margareth Pereira e Paulo Herkenhoff.
